China's Economic Retaliations to Other Countries

Many countries in Asia now want to join IPEF, indicating they want to stop relying on China's economy. China has shown many forms of economic retaliations to their trading partner countries. 2017 THAAD retaliation is a good example. China crushed many Korean companies at that time running business in their land, arguing THAAD could encroach the rights of their national defence. THAAD retaliation shows us China's complaints or reactions can be anytime expressed with economic retaliations targeted to their partner country's economic dependence on China. China knows they are supporting their trading partner country's economy by consuming many of their products. Here we can learn that China tries to control other countries' sovereignty by upsetting the country's circumstance relying on China's economy. IPEF was formed to avoid this kind of ridiculous situation, leading more China-relying countries to stop relying on China's economy.

Everyone in China is being treated like the corona virus itself by their government. Shanghai and Beijing lockdown shows us how horrible the Chinese people's lives are treated by their government. Literally their life is the life of prison inmates. Chinese government never cares for the life of people under lockdown, only pushing their strategy to lock everyone down at home blocked by strong metal fence. This metal fence even reminds us of the prison built with metal poles, locking every inmate inside, blocking them from the free life of the outside world. People under lockdown have no freedom to enjoy life, sometimes worrying about starvation to death or the situation not able to get food. Only purpose of the Chinese government is locking everyone down at home, but never give them ways to sustain their life under lockdown. So we can say everyone in China is being treated like the corona virus itself by their government.

Korea is working to secure freedom and democracy in Asia.

Korea is allied with US. After China got rich with their Made In China sales, China strengthened their influence in Asia. They claimed to dismantle THAAD in Korea, threatened Taiwan by force, and took over South China Sea by building many military sites. Now world is threatened by China, and this made US get closer to its Asian allies. Many measures have been made to counter China. Korea's new president Yoon Seok Yeol increased joint military drills with US and even with US and Japan. China on the other hand sees this imminent threat made by US and its allies, heading to be allied with Russia and North Korea. China believes that Taiwan should be unified by China under Chinese communism, sending more military aircrafts and warships to threat Taiwan. South Korea's Moon Jae In administration influenced Koreans to be more sympathetic to communist nations like North Korea, China, and Russia. Many attitudes that Moon Jae In administration have shown us that Korea was on the communist side. For example when Korea was retaliated by China for THAAD in 2017, Moon administration did not fight back to China to assert its necessity for THAAD against North Korean threat.
